...g at all. Pathetic HR policies. Not at all transparent. I got a call via Naukri.com and I didn’t apply but they were very eager to take me and gave good compensation. Interview process was so easy that even I was surprised. NO brain storming work at all despite of me being senior risk manager. Unnecessary mundane work is given usually. Zero growth aspects. Try to move quickly out if you join by mistake.

I resigned in 6 months. zero facilities for employees. Everything sucks there. Cafeteria smells very badly. One thing I dislike the most is there no learning from senior management. No proper alignment of tasks or vision. HR talks very rudely and are not at all considerate if you highlight some issue to them. Typical “LALLA COMPANY”. Everyday is working and sometimes even on Sunday they keep calls.

...ss with a few weeks and decided to exit. They were made to serve 3 month notice. If a new joinee exits within an year, they ask to repay 20% of the ctc Every year annual bonus is credited in july for the previous fy and has a clawback policy if you exit within 9 months of receiving bonus. So its basically if your bonus accumulated till Mar 2024 will be received in Jul 2024, and if you exit before Mar 2025, you will have to payback the entire bonus back of the previous financial year. Everyday Car parking here is a circus.

Dislikes

Issue in granting leave to employees. If they grant leave then will have to do work most of the time. Need to carry your laptop. Officially Saturday is week off but need to work full day on Saturday.

This is very bad company. No respect to costumers, no respect to junior, every one has only one target to secure job only, no hr policy, every body is working according to his mood . If mood is good than costumers will be happy otherwise he has to suffer. If he takes loan from Iifl he will have to suffer for loan tenure.
