Management system is very poor. If you fail to achieve your target, you will be fair. And incentive structure what I am saying it's too much bad.

...ity now in day's is very complicated. Career growth it's depending on your BOSS. Salary is to low from our job pressure. They doesn't pay any traveling allowance. Politics yes In India we can seen it every where. Some time when we work a team it's environment what I am saying is so much good, but when we work separately it's too deference.

This is one of the biggest company in India .There are carrier growth , salary , appraisal ,work environment are OK.

Dislikes

I am interested to do this job, I am awarded silver globe award, best valuer award, got esop. But a larger conspiracy against me by Bm baruipur branch & TM told me to resign from job.

Staffs are mostly undergraduate so can't expect good operations in branch they don't pay TA and other expenses they expect us to pay first then they gonna approve if they like or you gonna lose that money . Their targets are unbelievable for everyones b'day the branch is open from 8am to 8pm. And theirs much more ...mostly toxic people .. the don't care much about staff and customers they care about profits

Thats a good place where you actually feel like doing service not a servant. From logical goals to compensation and office timing, all very good. (Writing basis my tenure with IIFL till Mar 2020)

A bit uncertainty in policy, one at top level can change policy immediately without any proper communication.

...stant support for work. Work culture. Iifl is good company. Incentives are good. Staff can earn more than their salary from cross sell product.

No dislike for company. AM and TM are supportive.
