Value of positions, friendly nature with colleagues working areas,good customers at IIFL, salary intime credit employees,good service by employees for customers ,believed to customers iifl

Some politics have in promotion s and grade changes, not completed in time eligible employees by promotions,no value for old employees ,some branches business depend by only some employees because future time face to problems company,zero walk-in some locations.some IRAs misuse job rules .

No value to given old employees ,bonus deduct CTC,rating politics,role elevation not equal all employees ,hard work employees not suitable this job company,rating given to paritiolity

Staffs are mostly undergraduate so can't expect good operations in branch they don't pay TA and other expenses they expect us to pay first then they gonna approve if they like or you gonna lose that money . Their targets are unbelievable for everyones b'day the branch is open from 8am to 8pm. And theirs much more ...mostly toxic people .. the don't care much about staff and customers they care about profits

Thats a good place where you actually feel like doing service not a servant. From logical goals to compensation and office timing, all very good. (Writing basis my tenure with IIFL till Mar 2020)

A bit uncertainty in policy, one at top level can change policy immediately without any proper communication.

...stant support for work. Work culture. Iifl is good company. Incentives are good. Staff can earn more than their salary from cross sell product.

Dislikes

No dislike for company. AM and TM are supportive.
