New joiners will get best package but existing employees will not get any hike. They will work years but no hike. The company is very terrible in view of its approach towards employees. How to live the employees with a low salary in the cost of living is so high.

Salary Structure should be as per performance, Outsiders gets higher package and those who are working since long they are having less salary.
