The institute is filled with rat's, the top management also felicitate those rat's because they drive a fearful culture. Those who are close to upper level rat's or belong to their culture or group can only be celebrated. Rest they always hit heads on NAAC & other accreditation without following the real pursuit of education & its purpose. Over the period they developed good channels of corruption. Work culture is pathetic and it's hell hard for a average family person who wish to live a healthy life. Politics all and always. Cheap.

Lack of benefits- No PF, no insurance, late salary payment, there is no HR department, probation period of 1 year, offers high salary, but deducts upto 70% of the offered salary without explanation if target is not met.
