Salary is the biggest concern. For same post you can easily get double salary in other organizations. But you can stay 2-3 years because after genpact you will easily get good package. P. S. - I am also looking for change.

How much good project you got depends on ur luck. Salary hikes to most of candidate is in one digit only. Getting promotions is very tough one of my friend worked for 6 year but not got promotion

High attrition rate, poor work life balance, poor salary hikes, over the shifts work, cannot move to other projects easily and life will be stressed. Better to sell chai and samosa. Then after, Even you can make better money then average assistant manager of Genpact

After presenting the necessary documentation confirming my hospitalization, the response did not exhibit consideration for my situation. Overall, while my time at Genpact offered valuable industry exposure, these instances highlighted significant areas for improvement in employee support, management training, and overall workplace culture.
