Shameless management running this company. Company have no proven history on paying salary & appraisal to employees in time. If any employee need increment need to present offer letter. This company never paid last month salary to resigned employees. No value to their promises.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Never get salary in time even after proper resignation. No work-life balance. No appraisal in time. No value for employees need to grow in technologies.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
