Everything was fine and average Pros - you can learn travel very well there Cons - salary payscale is not gud as industry standards They did not pass my PF fund and its still stucked and they were asking for money for experience letter too like seriously. Nothing is good except salary offer in starting then no job security at all

Dislikes

No job security just open linkedin and see most of the igt employees are immediate joiner they. They are not able to manage technical projects nor they are able to manage resource on bench.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Work culture or management is not soo great, specially for QAs no such good learnings, management will ask to login more as compared to own profile work, less increament even if you getting good ratings, salary is not up to the mark.
