old technologies used here like, no job security no canteen..Salary is not on time. The company does not deserve one star... They have nothing so much project... Don't waste your time here if you are fresher.

I really enjoy working at Ignitiv Technologies because of the company's commitment to its employees' professional development. I've had the opportunity to take on several new challenges and learn new skills since I started here. I also appreciate the company's flexible work culture, which allows me to maintain a good work-life balance. But most importantly, I enjoy working with my colleagues. We have a close-knit team environment where everyone is always willing to help each other out.

Flexible working hours so that you can balance work and life together. Lot of learning opportunity in company. Supporting Managers, Good Team members. Friendly Environment for developing, learning and sharing skillset with others.
