Work-life balance - It is possible to achieve balance, but it’s up to you to make it happen. It's not without it's growing pains, but the people and the mission are worth it. There are no other cons as per my own experience as Ignite hires the best out of smart people.

In this company great opportunities and good growth that and have a good envirnment. Working with dozens of smart people that support each other who are positive and encouraging. A very good project we have. Here company gives importance to other activities and excellent learning curve.
