Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

- Best leader's to work under and they push to improvise - Empowerment and working at Ignite is like a family - Visionary CEO with great foresight - Good variable bonuses - Great peer group and has a flat hierarchy - Growth opportunities with lots of freedom and support to learn new techs - Lot of visibility and support

Dislikes

Work-life balance - It is possible to achieve balance, but it’s up to you to make it happen. It's not without it's growing pains, but the people and the mission are worth it. There are no other cons as per my own experience as Ignite hires the best out of smart people.
