The middle management is bad. There are only few people, and the company protects the few. These are people who may not even be technically skilled. And the company is mostly run, and full of Keralites and hiring itself is biased in this regard.

If you get an opportunity to work as consultants to other companies via Ignitarium, it might be good as you will follow the client's work process.

...hanging into a consulting firm rather than a product or innovative organization. Salary is very very less for the experience and knowledge you have.

...n I left there were very less opportunities in mobility now seems like there is good expansion so and even pay was bit less but now they are on par with any other organisation.

Ignitarium has very good work culture where everyone has equal opportunity to learn, there are so many in house projects running and always work on latest technology! It's really helpfull for me since I joined as junior member and grew upto Staff engineer with great learning and appraisal as well!

Office parties are very less!

Work culture is good. Management is open to suggestions and resolves concerns.

Dislikes

They may send us to different company to work as consultant. When we go as consultant they may not give us relevant work based on our skill.
