The exposure you get to teach students coming from diverse background is the only thing you can cherish here.

...n for the same, (Comp off-the only weekly off you get after working on Sundays).The director curses employees on a daily basis and threatens them with salary deductions. Highly qualified PhD holders and professors are forced to stay due to their personal liabilities, and the director exploits this vulnerability. He hires a large number of professors when admissions increase, only to fire them when the numbers decline. This cyclical hiring and firing has left many employees feeling helpless and insecure. To make matters worse, some faculty members are pure freshers without NET and lack the skills required to teach specialized courses. Teachers often use AI to create content without considering its quality, further degrading the educational experience. There is no HR policy, as the director considers himself the HR who mindlessly manipulates people's lives. Overall, IGMPI operates in a highly unprofessional manner. The organization's blatant disregard for employee welfare, educational quality and ethical practices makes it impossible for me to recommend it to potential employees. Beware, and prioritize your mental health.

...e alot just for earning and providing their family and men won’t take that shit. Once he had just replaced a pregnant lady who worked their for 3years without giving her proper salary. The director releases salary on 20th of every month and that is also not fixed. He can extend it upto 30th of every month as well. He got several notice from the court for these as he kept 2months salary of alot employees. The office keeps on changing. Once Noida once Delhi. He took office in rent the Sanskriti bhawan in delhi and for his disgusting behaviour with the owner the employees were bashed out of the office. He was such a coward that he didn’t even come there and the employees had to take it all. There isn’t any accountability and HR policy there. For leaves you have to beg like a beggar. He is a hypocrite and will agree infront of your face for leave and then harass you when you are at home during the leave tenure. He will hire employees on high salary and then terminate them within 6months of the probation period saying that have budget issues without giving them time to find another job. When you leave you have to serve 45days NP but when he terminates he will call you late at night and tell you not to come from tomorrow. Pathetic he is. IGMPI is a show off. It is no less than a hell. Please RUN if you ever get to hear about this company.

Working at IGMPI was well only in very few scenarios...work culture and work life balance is worst. They work for quantity instead of quality.

- Annual appraisal that to very less - No/bad socialization among employees - Salary managenet very bad - Attitude of director is very rubbish and rude - 0% Job security - No office ethics - Want exp. Letter at the day of joining but cant provide at the time of relieving, you have to wait for 45 days and even more - Only money matters for IGMPI

...ity , they can fire you anytime depending upon the type of work they are having. Infact they keep on hiring and firing, one cannot expect any career growth over here as it's a bleeding startup, they do not provide the said amount infact keep on looking for one or the other way to deduct the salary. No appraisal. Overall if one is looking for a non profit organization and do not expect any salary or monetary gain after doing his work religiously can join IGMPI. hope this will help.
