Working at IGMPI was well only in very few scenarios...work culture and work life balance is worst. They work for quantity instead of quality.

Dislikes

- Annual appraisal that to very less - No/bad socialization among employees - Salary managenet very bad - Attitude of director is very rubbish and rude - 0% Job security - No office ethics - Want exp. Letter at the day of joining but cant provide at the time of relieving, you have to wait for 45 days and even more - Only money matters for IGMPI

...ity , they can fire you anytime depending upon the type of work they are having. Infact they keep on hiring and firing, one cannot expect any career growth over here as it's a bleeding startup, they do not provide the said amount infact keep on looking for one or the other way to deduct the salary. No appraisal. Overall if one is looking for a non profit organization and do not expect any salary or monetary gain after doing his work religiously can join IGMPI. hope this will help.

Overall growth depends on your work and attitude ,work life is balanced.Along with work you have good company , meticulous and talented people .

Dislikes are not there only the people show different attitude towards their colleagues depending on work issues. Mismanagement happens often.

The director of this institution is the worst person I have ever seen in my life. He do not have any manner to talk to the employee be it guard if the company, counselled or the faculty memen. Meanest person of all time! If anyone wants to join kindly don’t join this company you will never like it here *WORST COMPANY EVER*

Wish there was anything to write here. But I would say, the people I met there kept me sane amidst the organization's insanity.

1. It is not an organization. It's just one person managing (perhaps mis-micro-managing) EVERYTHING to eventually fail. 2. Human Resources is a joke. 3. They have no SOP/Policy whatsoever. BIS, the ones who "recognise" this institution, I have started to doubt every BIS certified anything I see now. 4. THE DIRECTOR-DICTATOR If you are not a horrible person, refrain from even looking this organization up on google. It might jinx your life. You do not work here, you suffer. People with such amazing backgrounds and expertise are hired to be treated as filth. No career growth, no personality development, no mental peace whatsoever. You work all days even sundays and then get one comp off and taking that becomes another challenge. You are asked to make low quality plagiarized content in the name of IGMPI and the same is printed into fancy paper and distributed to the poor students. All those who choose IGMPI for skills enhancement learn because of the brilliant educators stuck there and never because of the owner. It was the worst ever experience and my biggest regret. The trauma haunts you forever. If you are planning to join this place, RUN! You get no benefits, no rewards, no appraisal, no salary, no experience letter, and nothing an employee deserves. I would like to sue this place for harassment. Every good review that you see about this place is because they threaten students to do it before releasing their course certificates. DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP! Save yourself.
