1) Work culture 2) Management 3) salary increment(always one yera only 2-3 thousand rs) 4) salary date 27 to 15 next month 5) I have completed 1year in this company but get only 1 month PF & Esi 6) In leaving time no provide any document like release letter, experience letter and payslip..etc. 7) Igi look like jail. 8) No holiday calendar.(no any single holiday like Diwali, durgapuja,2 oct,26 January,15 Aguest.). 9) you take holiday in Friday or Monday if any condition. Igi deducted 5 days salary. 10) and so on

Job security and friendly attitude is good. Celebration of cultural event another good point. Saturday and Sunday was closed. Is good.

Salary timing and increment was very bad. Work cultural and the process of project bidding and analysis for completion was not good. And belive and trust to employee is Tari able. Mobile submission into the ofc is very bad things.

No proper training will be provide.You will get your salary after 20th,even salary slip will be provided. No work life balance. Work environment is very rough. No proper team lead. It's the first company that i have seen in my life where accounts manager will handle projects.hahahaha...you are not going to get any kind of help from your team lead. No holiday list will be provided. So don't hope you will get leave. If you will take any leave. So deduction will there from your salary. One of the worst experience ever. Even if you are going to leave this company then they will ask for 2-3 months notice period that is not valid although if you are agree with their terms then you are unable to take any leave during that notice period or else your notice period will be extend.

Good colleagues, Working hours is good. There is nothing else good here.

...sal or increment rather ready to face the termination without notice or reasons. The management is terrible and doesn't pay the due in times (sometimes they don't pay as well); they event stop receiving your call.
