No proper training will be provide.You will get your salary after 20th,even salary slip will be provided. No work life balance. Work environment is very rough. No proper team lead. It's the first company that i have seen in my life where accounts manager will handle projects.hahahaha...you are not going to get any kind of help from your team lead. No holiday list will be provided. So don't hope you will get leave. If you will take any leave. So deduction will there from your salary. One of the worst experience ever. Even if you are going to leave this company then they will ask for 2-3 months notice period that is not valid although if you are agree with their terms then you are unable to take any leave during that notice period or else your notice period will be extend.

...sal or increment rather ready to face the termination without notice or reasons. The management is terrible and doesn't pay the due in times (sometimes they don't pay as well); they event stop receiving your call.

Culture is very bad. Boss mentality company, you have to oil the serious to survive. Development is terrible, no work is delivered to client. It is a scam company They don't provide joining letter and experience letter to employees

Salary: You will never get a salary on time, salary time is the 7th of every month but you will get around the 15th of every month and sometimes it goes more than that. You need to beg for your money. If you want a peaceful life, please do not waste your time working with GOIGI.
