I like the company policies. Salary given on time.

I dislike Culture of company. They do not organised any activity on workplace so after in few days employees feeling bored. In HO operations department managers forsed to employee for work atleast 10-12 hours in a day.

Nothing in particular apart from few employees who are sensible and understand work requirements.

...arity on what roles are to be assigned to whom. Zero appreciation or pay parity. They will raise salary of employees they think are important irrespective of the criticality of a job role.

Every aspect , no culture , no professionalism . They can ruin career of professional whosoever they want by giving negative feedback. They fired people at the peak of COIVD-19.

When TVS big heads joined in our company they started joins total tvs finance employees and harassing our Kisan old employees management should be have look on this and dont tell about my feedback

Our compnay is doing well work and the management here is very good and the superior support hear is also very good, we work here as a family. Our company policies much better & Good culture & management. Clean Business, Clean Collection, Clean Portfolio better for our IKFL family...

Trade Advance limit is low, The deduction made by the company in our CTC.
