When TVS big heads joined in our company they started joins total tvs finance employees and harassing our Kisan old employees management should be have look on this and dont tell about my feedback

Our compnay is doing well work and the management here is very good and the superior support hear is also very good, we work here as a family. Our company policies much better & Good culture & management. Clean Business, Clean Collection, Clean Portfolio better for our IKFL family...

Trade Advance limit is low, The deduction made by the company in our CTC.

I actually heard about IFFCO as a good employer so joined here. When I joined it was all starting up so I gave my more than 100 percent to streamline the brand. But over all experience is very bad. First thing that you can not take your stand, no one will support you even your boss, every single day you will feel about job security, they still work on papers and avoid mails. Management don't prefer mails. Means for one approval sometimes you wait for many days so it reduces your effectiveness and increases efforts. Management never discuss your appraisal with you they simply do it and you can't negotiate on it. You will get your variables without discussion.

Dislikes

Nothing is great here. If you don't have a job then only join here else there would be no future. If you don't trust me then search on LinkedIn and try to speak to ex employees. And last but not the least..... even MD is believed in micromanagement.
