Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Job security - Good

Dislikes

After retirement they are extended person on the same post, so new comers not any chance to promoted. HR and management team not supportive. Increment, confirmation always late on exact time.

Salary increment poor, company culture is poor, upper management arrogant, Hr not cooperative, 3 month notice period no concentration also do not accept buy out notice period and decreasing by leave balance. After resignation harassment for acceptance & relieving letter.
