No job security, bed culture and management , bed policies , regular extra work with no overtime pay

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't care about it.no overtime and also work regular extra time. Growth is depend on mood of head and they support if u r flatter.regular work extra shift hours for promotion. poor hr or account department, late salery. Promotion only for flatter.

The facilities were good and the infrastructure is really nice.

Dislikes

The company culture is not that good. Management needs serious planning and organizing of the work to be given ahead. Hard working employees have to leave sometimes because of the culture. The only thing I have seen is sheer politics to demean each other which affects productivity.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
