As the company has a large number of clients & work requirement is big. Hence you can expect job security here. It's a good organization for freshers specially. They can get a job here easily, work for 1yr, get experience and leave for better career growth.

... fake, everything is pre-planned that whose gonna get the promotion and stuff. Forget about decent salary hike. It's a joke, you'll see after completing a year or too, new hires will join way more than the salary of yours.

right now i am not in the company but the cleanness and good environment .nice facilities in canteen and food availability one of the nice thing.

Dislikes

Most of the people left the company because of salary deduction in case of missing the card and getting late after 3th time. Overtime payment less and one of the most negative point is that we don't know about the week off .

...appreciations from your team leaders is available. Work enviroment is also good. They provide salary on right time .

No holiday is available on any of festival,not even Holi or Diwali. Which is a big drawback. It is a job of 6 day week and week off is not aavailable on fixed day.

One of the best BPO company in the Noida region. They offer a nice and attractive salary package, moreover, they offer on a spot job offers. Salary is always on time . They also provide paid training. Very genuine and professional style working culture.

Work culture, They want you to work like a labour and pay less.No moral value of your work and no job satisfaction.There is a lot of Politics, AM and Manager always like to take the girls forward(I believe you understand what I mean),Specially in Samsung HHP process. The gatekeepers and their supervisor is also un educated ,they don't know how to behave with visitors and Ienrgizer never takes action against those idiots. So if you are not getting anything anywhere ,just go and join ienergizer but leave after completion of your 6 months,don't give too much time to ienergizer.
