In terms of salary, they are proving decent pay but once you enter the company you will only do that particular thing to survive but will feel frustrated and exhausted.

There are many things to dislike kindly work on that IE because in terms of attrition and its terminology your work-level workforce folks exploiting entry level people rapidly.

Job security is okay. Salary is ok.

Dislikes

Not an employee friendly company. Bad Food. Very less and unhygienic water coolers. Mostly people buy drinking water for whole day. Huge problem of parking. it's paid and too costly. Rs 80 per day for car. IT and admin team is very lathargic.

... in, out process… the security guards doesn’t understand exceptional cases. N company should provide higher salary package to the experienced one’s

...t some policies like policies related to LWP where an additional 250 is charged. Say if my salary is already deducted for the day, it is totally unfair to deduct more.

It was a nice experience with ienergizer.co worker are very helpful and management as well. .there is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chillinh .. compaany policies are very bound to everyone but this is ok appraisals are fair.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is fine ..but career growth is slow.
