Attendance bonus - 1 forced LWP applied by supervisor costs (5000 attendance bonus + 1 day salary + low rating+ behavioral marking, etc ) All these are the tools for supervisor to punish an associate. There is no employee satisfaction at all !!

The only thing I like about IE is they provide jobs to people. Rest everything is worst. They own 70k INR of me even when I resigned properly

They just need a reason to deduct your salary. Working with Ienergizer was my worst and disheartening experience as the company consistently treats employees like labourers rather than recognising and appreciating their true value. It is unfortunate to see an organization disregard the well being and professional growth of its workforce. I have personally and professionally help them to set up a healthcare process within organization and in return I got nothing but unhappiness. They even deducted salary from my FNF even after I resigned properly according to their policies. I would never suggest anyone from US healthcare to join this company

Open door policy is only on paper this company never work on policy OPERATIONS : HOD balbir he treat agent as slave and AM mangesh and TL shubham never help whenever required HR : pooja and gaurav never committed to there words Common issues : salary dedication 250 for full day extra and 150 for half day for absent days there There is is public holiday provided by company in operations Salary issue for every month

Colleague and other senior designation worker are helping and good to mentor new members

Salary deduction due to their policy which new members don't know because as usually we didn't get that much time to read their policies of 25 pages.

I have joined Ienergizer last year recently I had arguments with my AM his is using unprofessional way of talking or thread me everytime I will hold your salary and all after this he also hold my salary then I complaint with HR after this he is now targetting me and his manager also supported him this is my one of the worst experience which I faced in my career the environment is not good really.
