There is lot to learn about the process

Dislikes

There are excessive salary issues. Since the 1st month of the joining. Very poor management. Not an employee centric company at all. The people are also very partial. The leaves policies are not explained correctly. There is sometimes lot of work pressure. Provides no work from home facility. Must improve in all the sectors. Have no idea about any other branch but in pune this is the worst management.

Please don't join this company. If you come late then there will 450 rs deduction from your salary and for any leave 250 rs deduction. HR managers are liars... particularly Gaurav Sinha and pooja mane don't keep their word's. There is no hygiene inside the washrooms and at the end of every month you will receive very less salary due to company's third class policy. Most importantly if you don't clear certification after training period then you won't get a salary. So please don't waste your time and don't join this company at all.

Open door policy is only on paper this company never work on policy OPERATIONS : HOD balbir he treat agent as slave and AM mangesh and TL shubham never help whenever required HR : pooja and gaurav never committed to there words Common issues : salary dedication 250 for full day extra and 150 for half day for absent days there There is is public holiday provided by company in operations Salary issue for every month

...n office for extra 2-3 hrs on almost every day without any extra overtime pay 2. This company makes fool of employees by not giving the salary as per their skills, 3. Only those people gets promoted here who do buttering to seniors and play as their puppets or those who are knowing each other from previous companies 4. The seniors torchers you by targetting you for everything to spoil your image in office 5. The people or the seniors here will intentionally give you the work that you don't know how to complete and will not teach you about that anything 6. Almost on everyday, they waist time of employees on the name of official meeting which led to waitage of 2+3 hrs on daily basis and later on they question you in open forum and on mails for not completing the work within timeline 7. This company has one of the worst company culture I have ever seen in my career of 14 years as they blindly believe the girls saying and do not use their minds to invest the complete situation 8. In this company it is very easy for girls to put on fake allegations on male colleagues and company will blindly trust girls only and will not use their mide for male person 9. Here the girls work according to their mood and when asked for the reason of not completing their work for even after timeline they openly says to male senior that if you will question us on work I will escalate this to management by saying ki humse gandi gandi baat kar rha tha and apne sath chalne ke liye bol rha tha 10. Specially here in this pune site, if you are from some other states, the employee's from same state will Target you and will work in groups and doesn't matter you are right or wrong, they will only target you

Dislikes

Once you enter the office campus, you are not allowed to step outside, even during breaks, until your shifts ends and you punch out. Your phones are kept in lockers and you will feel locked on your work floor. If you are the one who doesn’t bring lunch from home, you will have to rely on office canteen, which serves overpriced and bad quality food. Unfortunately, even if the food is inedible, you have no other option. If you choose to order food online, your break time will be over and you will not get time to eat peacefully. Here, four wheeler parking costs ₹80 per day, yet finding a spot is a struggle everyday. Like many BPOs, the HR department is more focused on recruitment than employee relations, development or, support. It seems they have targets to hire hundreds of employees everyday due to high employee turnover. In many processes, management seems to prefer when tenured employees resign, as it reduces cost and makes room for newer employees who will value them more, they think. Additionally, each process has its own strict rules, which are only revealed after training is completed and employees start working on the floor.
