Management rules are really poors in term of emergency need.
Salary issue created every month.
If someone died at your home and you are not available for 10 days in that case you didn't get salary of those days as we'll as pay fine for every day too.
I means you loose your family member and money both.
Lots of system error.
Poor management system. If you get incentive for split shift and performance based you have to wait for 2 months.
It's means if you are hungry today, they will give you a food when you about to die.

Floor management is very cooperative but only upto AM level
Payscale is also very bad, you will never get your complete in-hand salary ever
My overall observation is that the comp is very pathetic.
Most of the people left the company because of salary deduction in case of missing the card and getting late after 3th time. Overtime payment less and one of the most negative point is that we don't know about the week off .
No holiday is available on any of festival,not even Holi or Diwali. Which is a big drawback.
It is a job of 6 day week and week off is not aavailable on fixed day.
Worst company it's a blacklisted comapany.
I have worked for 4 months and they have eaten up my 2 months salary.
Even they lie in giving pf.
Especially they want workers who can work more than 9 hours.
I recommend you never go to this comapny its sur choice
