Literally they are exploiting the employees. They have rules out of this world. They can deduct the salary even if you will breathe without their permission. Also, they are bunch of goons working as so called TEAM LEADERS. They think that they run the world. Pros Good salary. Cons Long Hours. No work life balance. No supporting staff. Rules are out of the world.

Dislikes

A reason you feel stagnant in your current position. A work culture that doesn't align with your values. A desire to switch industries or change careers. A skill you excel at that you can't leverage in your current position.

Only good thing is job security and starting salary.

...nce is very poor. Management rules are really poors in term of emergency need. Salary issue created every month. If someone died at your home and you are not available for 10 days in that case you didn't get salary of those days as we'll as pay fine for every day too. I means you loose your family member and money both. Lots of system error. Poor management system. If you get incentive for split shift and performance based you have to wait for 2 months. It's means if you are hungry today, they will give you a food when you about to die.

... employee safety. Floor management is very cooperative but only upto AM level Payscale is also very bad, you will never get your complete in-hand salary ever My overall observation is that the comp is very pathetic.

As the company has a large number of clients & work requirement is big. Hence you can expect job security here. It's a good organization for freshers specially. They can get a job here easily, work for 1yr, get experience and leave for better career growth.

... fake, everything is pre-planned that whose gonna get the promotion and stuff. Forget about decent salary hike. It's a joke, you'll see after completing a year or too, new hires will join way more than the salary of yours.

right now i am not in the company but the cleanness and good environment .nice facilities in canteen and food availability one of the nice thing.

Dislikes

Most of the people left the company because of salary deduction in case of missing the card and getting late after 3th time. Overtime payment less and one of the most negative point is that we don't know about the week off .
