Higher management is not helpful and approachable. Policies are pathetic as they don't have medical leaves and if you take more than 6 LWP due to any reason they don't give you appraisal

Job security is a major plus until you don't want to justify your salary. Overall, a nice organization to start off your career.

Friendly atmosphere. Usually you get the salary on time. Company taking the advantage of this COVID19 situation and sacking the employees without any notice and re hiring them for lesser package.

Poor appraisal. Your efforts are not seen by the management. HR will never support the employees as they are being paid by the management so they stand for the management only. Worst policy which gets changed at no time. Company finds every possible way to cut your salary..

This company offers a higher salary compared to other BPOs in Noida, and salary is always credited on time.

Once you enter the office campus, you are not allowed to step outside, even during breaks, until your shifts ends and you punch out. Your phones are kept in lockers and you will feel locked on your work floor. If you are the one who doesn’t bring lunch from home, you will have to rely on office canteen, which serves overpriced and bad quality food. Unfortunately, even if the food is inedible, you have no other option. If you choose to order food online, your break time will be over and you will not get time to eat peacefully. Here, four wheeler parking costs ₹80 per day, yet finding a spot is a struggle everyday. Like many BPOs, the HR department is more focused on recruitment than employee relations, development or, support. It seems they have targets to hire hundreds of employees everyday due to high employee turnover. In many processes, management seems to prefer when tenured employees resign, as it reduces cost and makes room for newer employees who will value them more, they think. Additionally, each process has its own strict rules, which are only revealed after training is completed and employees start working on the floor.
