... employee safety. Floor management is very cooperative but only upto AM level Payscale is also very bad, you will never get your complete in-hand salary ever My overall observation is that the comp is very pathetic.

Salary was on time. It come on 7th morning of every month.

...re was a lot of politics and also TL didn't address the issues not even manager. And also if you were on a leave for which you haven't applied then not only your salary would be deducted but the fine of 250 rupees also be imposed.

I hate HR of this company I tried to join again , one of HR told u can't join any international as u were in Samsung and she was offering salary less than I was getting previously, I hate that HR , I felt works ng in IE was biggest mistake of mine. Now I never want to join IE back ever currently working with Tech with much note salary and lots of incentive. Really bad experience.

Looking for at least 7 lakhs per annum
Let me start with this. I have done a hotel management course and got placed at IGI airport as a Guest service officer (Front office) where I was getting just 17k per month and after 9 months i resigned. Then I got the opportunity at one of the BPO- ienergizer as an executive agent and my initial salary was 26k per month. I thought it was a good hike and i joined this bpo. Now it's been almost 5 years of experience and now I am a quality analyst where I am getting 40k per month. Now I am not satisfied with my job it's kinda boring. My interests are more into the finance sector and I don't know what should be the best path where I can get 12 lakhs per annum within 1-2 year. I am ready for anything like improving my skill set and all. I don't know how to approach other companies with my current skill set as there are some companies when they see that guy is working in the bpo sector they just reject my cv. PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT SHOULD BE BEST APPROACH FROM HERE.
