...od if you have good communication skills and working in international process. They will pay you very well, some process do have incentives as well. Right now the avg. CTC is 50 k. You would be able to enjoy the work if you lend in a good process and working under good TL and managers. There are two weekoffs rotational and shifts as well.

I was working in Samsung process and To be honest, the working culture is too good. All seniors are the very supportive. Everyone does respect of your opinion that is the important point. They respect the employee as well.

...e while the more deserving person remain at the same post. That is quite unfair. Salary benefit is not good. Employees love the culture bt due to salary they left the job.

work culture looks like fish market . Pressure is on the top .Work important than your life even you are going to die they will take full work from your dead body . No leaves even in your week off they call you for work . S.B.I process is worst process please don't go for it . You have target for sales as well as resolution calls but not give you incentive for your sales they will shout on you for it if you not complete their sales task ... Why we focus on that part where we are not getting incentive .

...opportunities for freshers. However, you will not learn professionlism at all. *The salary provided in international procesesses are good. but there is no PF deduction. *The company is ok only only if you you are planning to work for short period of time.

... of the International processes. * The company is not at all employee centric. * The basic salary will never get increased even if work for 10 number of years. The managment will increase your variable compnents but Fixed components will never get increased. * They do not care about their employee at all. * The management is worst. The IT department is even more worst. * Attendace policy is very bad. The very well know how to deduct salary. * They do not accept the gliches caused via there tools. * We are not even allowed to talk about your process inside or outside the primises. * You even cannot take the name of your process. * There are multiple cafeterias, but there is no proper ventilation because of which the cafeterias are very smelly. * Almost 97% of the people smoke inside the primises. There is no proper smoke area. The agents smoke in the pathways. The non-smokers face major problem.

Ambience is good, there are a lot of processes both domestic and international. A good number of cafeterias, parking area is vast.

Dislikes

There are complicated policies that leads to a way in salary deduction. Once you are in the office premises, you're not allowed to go outside. You'll find people smoking in food area. You'll need to present for 10 hours if you're working in an international process which is quite long.
