...old : 5 LWP in a year can be a loss of retention 60000 or 1.2 lk. 3. No PF : 4. Attendance bonus - 1 forced LWP applied by supervisor costs (5000 attendance bonus + 1 day salary + low rating+ behavioral marking, etc ) All these are the tools for supervisor to punish an associate. There is no employee satisfaction at all !!

...ings. and in most of the process you have to submit your mobile phone in locker. Salary deduction ; they impose panelty if you take unplanned leave or uf you don't have leave balance in you account.

Everything Rules Policies Week off policy Biased people Genderism If you are a male . Than iE culture would be terrible for you. And favouritism . You will get appraisal or appreciation only if you are favourite of management's one or two person. Don't think if you are good at work&knowledge you will get appreciation or promotion. Never think like it Lockers are dirty and far away from the working floor. And no washroom breaks. No adjustments , if you dont get system on time then you will have to extend your shift according to that. System issue is a major problem. You will not get system easily. And luckily if you get your system it will take 15-20 minutes to get started. And no matter if system or extension is working fine or not you will have to bear that loss. So this is the worst things i think i am not writing full details or i am forgetting the things. But yes if someone Ienergizers person is reading this. Kindly solve it. Dont make work area into hell for the hard working employees.

There have no skill and salary growth. Every year appraisal is confirmed (if you don't take any LWP) but the apraisal amount is not satisfied with our work.
