...good company for beginners but lack of benefits and advantages for the employee. They offer really good package. If you want to join in terms of making money, it offers best in the market. My overall experience was quite good there.

this company never fail to provide salary on time.

this company judges people a lot. their management is not at all good. they deduct salary on card punch inn or out miss even if the agent came on time and worked whole day. promotions is really bad. they promote people and do not give them papers for years.

There are excessive salary issues. Since the 1st month of the joining. Very poor management. Not an employee centric company at all. The people are also very partial. The leaves policies are not explained correctly. There is sometimes lot of work pressure. Provides no work from home facility. Must improve in all the sectors. Have no idea about any other branch but in pune this is the worst management.
