Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. It was very good association to work , very friendly person especially my boss Rajesh Parab and my Mumbai office director Ninad Ranade, they always guide me in all the way that they can do from their side, it was a lovely time working in IEEMA.

Work top management, no time management, any time any day meetings without any purpose serving for hours together. only chamchas getting promoted and getting money with less burden of work. vry vry sad situation with lots of old employees leaving due to harassment
