Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

It was very good association to work , very friendly person especially my boss Rajesh Parab and my Mumbai office director Ninad Ranade, they always guide me in all the way that they can do from their side, it was a lovely time working in IEEMA.

Work top management, no time management, any time any day meetings without any purpose serving for hours together. only chamchas getting promoted and getting money with less burden of work. vry vry sad situation with lots of old employees leaving due to harassment
