The worst thing is employees wont get salary on time. Hikes are normal. The will fire Employees when they are not satisfied with your work with Pay.

1. Salary not on Time salary will credit between 20th to 30th of Every Month and if you asked to HR or Finance for Salary they are not responding. 2. No Additional Benefits Like; Bonus, Incentive, Mediclaim. 3. No Proper Training of Product. 4. No Proper Induction. 5. No Proper Town Hall for Company New Information. 6. No Proper Standard of Company.

...er ethics. They take decision as per their convenience. Management is very poor. They pay salary very late , they remove the people from the job without proper reason..

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that has high quality product and global client base. Another best point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. There is no on job training for fresher, hence senior folks like me to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

There is nothing to like about working at IDS Next. The pressure of meeting targets is beyond unexpected and also the product is very unstable. The development team is very behind in making the product stable

The micromanaging in the CSG group especially by the Vice President - CSG. The reporting manager is very unresponsive and unreliable in the context of having an employee's back. The higher management has no clue as to the problems and difficulties faced by the lower level staff. The biggest problem is the "favoritism culture" of the organisation and especially in the CSG group. Undeserving and underperforming candidates are given preference and promotion where as hardworking professionals are treated like peasants
