Lots of pressure work they give and cut salary unnecessary.sometimes they give you work in official leaves, weekend without overtime.they increase targets every not salary.... partiality they do in team.they do false commitment for increment.no working environment

...hey will make you wait not paying you single paisa, thus wasting your one month. Then, in Job Ad, they promises salary at rate of Rs 1 and Rs 1.20, but in reality a person will come to know it is 28 paisa in appointment letter in 2nd month if you send it to QA, which is a hidden policy, which is the least ever in medical transcription history by me. Even the least for a fresher long back is 50 paisa. If you put a single blank, they will give you just 28 paisa. In DSP stage, a person gives best, but then also they will not pay you at Rs 1, but at 28 paisa. So, in 2nd month also until getting DSP, salary at rate of 28 paisa. After DSP, for a single blank, salary at 28 paisa, and even if posted to QA2, then also money cut. Such a money cut was never seen by me. On telling to their manager, he is telling he is doing Business. Also there is exorbitant money cut of Rs 1000 for 1 critical error. So, a person should not expect a salary of more than 5000 per month if he/she is lucky or even less. If any one wants to work literally for free, spending their own electricity, energy, time, money, waking whole night and destroying health for a meagre money, then he/she can join. There is no PF, no leaves money, no incentives, no holidays, no night shift allowance, just nothing. Only one thing is there, that is money cut. So, whoever is joining, get it all cleared before joining.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Except for the medical scribing process and my wonderful teammates, nothing was good at IDS Infotech Ltd. When I joined IDS 2 years back there was no proper training process but by the time I left a few months back, training was improved.

...manager was so partial that he promotes people whom he likes especially females. Lots and lots of politics, no appraisals, salary issues (firstly salary comes late and secondly what I have seen and faced too, every single person except for the managers are in the queue to talk to the HR regarding less salary and deductions without taking leave). Managers have their connections in the office (Though it is a personal matter until it won't affect other's promotions due to their connection's ego issues and many more), no work culture IDS managers do not care about their employees even if the person is dying in front of them; at that moment also they will say, " Please try if you still can breathe until the provider goes for a break on leaves for the day". Ahhh talking about IDS is like talking about a place that is full of shit. Females are not at IDS. The attrition rate is so high. IDS people don't value their employees. They will offer you double the salary when they need you but your work is still not valued. I can increase it to 1000 words or even more but it does not make any sense. I hope the above few things might have given the job seekers an idea about the company. Being a 2-year former employee of IDS, I also want to give you people a piece of advice that doesn't get attracted to the salary which will be surely offered to you in the beginning whether you are fresher or experienced (As in the month of March-April, 20 people have resigned; Just give a thought) if you want your happy life and especially stress-free life.

...ccording to my physician's shift and in return of that they give you incentives. 2nd thing, I do not like about IDS is salary. Many times i got less amount and then i have to mail them and so do unnecessary things to clarify my salary issue
