Colleagues were good

Dislikes

The owner of the company here is very selfish, holds personal grudges with employees and is also biased for those who work in his favour and only those people get bonuses and job security. I would seriously tell people not to join the company as the owner does not have any morals. If you are profitable to the company and decide to leave then he will ruin your entire image in front of the company by telling lies and what not. That is not a professional practice in my opinion. The owner also misuses his power and literally ruins your mental health.

Dislikes

I will give negative rating to this company if there is an option especially for owner. Owner Language is very unprofessional and he blames you always on your personality and all personal things. He just interfere with your personal life. Rudest behaviour ever and fake promises. He need to learn humanity and how to behave first and then hire people to work with him. He ask you to be on zoom meeting 24/7. When he calls your name you have to respond within seconds otherwise you will loose your respect in meeting in front of everyone’s. His word like”Mai tumhe paisa deta hun, khana khilata hun toh kam karo.”

1) Yogesh Bansal, the so called CEO, has created a prison company and runs it along with no HR, admin support staff, or technical support staff (hardware/software). 2) The work-life here is pathetic. He makes employees develop automation bots for customers and forces them to provide bot support 24/7. Even if an employee is tired and completed with his/her working hours and has personal commitments, family issues, or health problems, they are still required to work extra time. 3) There is very little software development work in this company. This company destroys a person's professional career by assigning bot support work to individuals who are keenly devoted to development. 4) The company receives very few development projects from clients. If an employee doesn't have a development project and has already informed the manager, they are still forced to do bot support work for more than 12 hours a day. In performance review, Mr. Yogesh Bansal ensures that the employee is blamed for not having development work, even though they were working on bot support and waiting for development work to be assigned. This is clearly the employer's mistake that they don't have proper work assigned. 5) Here's a scenario that reflects the "great" work culture: After returning from vacation, what do you expect as an employee? A welcome back or work-related updates? Instead, Yogesh Bansal insults you, taunts you for taking a leave almost 10 times a day and makes you feel guilty for taking a personal leave in front of the entire company. 6) The company culture forces employees to quit their personal relationships. CEO himself tells employees to leave their personal relationships , saying, "He used to work well, but now look-ever since he/she got a girlfriend/boyfriend, their career is ruined" 7) The CEO is so self obsessed that he will tell trusted people on their face to become a mole in their colleagues and give him all the employee talks/gossip to hear what they say and use the same against them. 8) Now, the readers may ask why we continue working in such an organization/company for so long. The truth is, many of us have family responsibilities and financial necessities, so we cannot afford to leave our jobs. The CEO Yogesh Bansal takes full advantage of this, torturing us until we feel completely helpless and on the verge of depression. ---"So, new joiners, don't even think about joining this organization ever. Working here is falling into a black hole, leaving all your happiness and life in the past"---
