Nothing as such. Loans were provided to employees at minimum interest rates

...because of staff loans, management should work on curtailment of such behaviour. HR is unaware of basic policies, when on boarding they say that bonus would be around 40-50% but at appraisal time everything goes below water. During onboarding clearly mentioned that as per banks policy holidays on weekends, but after joining it's revealed that working is essential on weekends in month ends Such pathetic policies they have.

Only their salary structure is good.

I resigned from this job because there was too much of favoritism specially in their Lower Parel branch. There is this person name Ajeetkumar Pandey (Branch Relationship Manager) who was previously Banker Authoriser is worst. 10 to 12 tellers/ cashier have resigned because of him. He is very smart in terms of office politics. And if people try to complain to the HR then he fulfills the branch's target so HR won't blame or question him. Worst HR and management.

Basic products are very best in industry Salary is also very good

For operation , their are challenges ..u have to do ops and sales ..and they dont consider your ops work ..they mainly focuses on the sales

Salary is better as compared to other players good incentive system but not very good

Politics is everywhere if you want to switch to another department in the bank itself your manager will choose to let you go out of the bank instead of diff team

I like work culture and job security, overall it's average, if you are good performer then you will get chance to apply for different role

Dislikes

Promotion/ appraisal and salary not good for people who's internally get promoted
