COMPENSATION IS DECENT BUT GROWTH IS SLOW. THE WORK PRESSURE IS VERY HIGHSOMETIMES.

In this pathetic condition of covid 19 first nd foremost they r providing very less salary nd asking as to do the collections on which wee r calling up the cx nd doing the collections but they r asking as to reach to the cx premises nd do the collections and they not providing the any precotionary measures nd need full for this covid 19

Nice team mates,good training by seniors,job security is good,salary on time,good career growth,not too much traveling,good politics also,nice atmosphere for learning,nice environment,work life is good.

Company is good....but not looking into its employee's feedback Got too many things to learn from this company

... any clear answers for any of our queries Seniors never solve any of problems I had qorked there for almost 2 years and never got any bonus or incriment. Whenever we talk about that with our senior they gave us diplomatic answers No tranparency.... i am not sure about other capital first's branches but mine was like that I was a SO in consumer loan and as per my boss i am not allowed to have any single week off... have to work full week and no bonus or any remuneration for that But i learn so many things from this company....i am thankful for that This was just my exp may be your's will be better So just make everything clear before joining
