1)IDFC First bank provides salary to Associate post it's less than 15000 in hand per month. 2)Daily working time is 12 to 13 hours in a day. 3)Target based work,Decided target is not possible to finished in 9 hours shift we need to stretch 3 to 4 hours more for completing the target. 4)So much work pressure, insufficient manpower. 5)They are not think about our old employees. 6)Future growth is zero for third party staff in IDFC first bank. Need to do some positive changes in employees salary structure and work time.

...and culture, company policies are good but appraisal and promotion are not fair. Company giving bonus every year but salary hike are not fair

There is a lot of favoritism in appraisal and promotion if you are not favoritism then growth is very slow.

...call from a Hr.. She shared me a documents link... I have uploaded everything... Then she discussed the salary on call... I accept and asked for offer letter... After waiting for 1-2 days, I connected the hr and asked the status in mrg time... She said today itself I close everything... In evening again asked the status, she said because of location issue management is nit approving your profile... Because you r coming from kalyan,, so u will face travelling issue.... Even at the time of interview we have discussed everything about travelling and address us mentioned in resume... And no travelling boubderues they have mentioned... Even from kayan to digha gaun station is normally 1 hour or less than 1 hour.... Even I informed previously I worked till ghansoli... I can easily travel... Still she said I am trying but u can go for another job if u get.... After wasting almost a 40 days... and completing all the procedure... I got this kind of reply..... After 2-4 days... They r saying now your profile is on hold.... I am very confused about scam happens with me... So I enquired about other people selected in same drive with me... I come to know that,, some people moved with other organization because of no response for long time.... and others got a response that your profile is on hold.... Very pathetic Management system... After selection normally bank hr's upfrontly calling and informing everything.... But here they r just contacting through consultantancy.... That too... When candidate enquire multiple times for long time then get the info.... Recently I mailed to CEO... Cceo and other management people multiple times...but no resolution.... Even they don't care about that.... Even there is no apology from hr ir management after wasting 42 days of candidate....

I resigned from this job because there was too much of favoritism specially in their Lower Parel branch. There is this person name Ajeetkumar Pandey (Branch Relationship Manager) who was previously Banker Authoriser is worst. 10 to 12 tellers/ cashier have resigned because of him. He is very smart in terms of office politics. And if people try to complain to the HR then he fulfills the branch's target so HR won't blame or question him. Worst HR and management.

For operation , their are challenges ..u have to do ops and sales ..and they dont consider your ops work ..they mainly focuses on the sales
