...sistant Manager. Never have I seen any thing like this. Favourism in appraisals. Was hired as Virtual RM on salary slip and without consent or discussion was changed to Customer service executive.

There should be more learning and development training sessions for managers , educational programs like six sigma , affiliated institute for further management study. Scope for employee appreciation programs/ contests. There should be offsites for the teams

Good job life and very satisfied about the salary. This is a fastest growing bank . I suggest to everyone please join and part of this growing bank .

Before joining they will offer joining bonus but in provisional offer no where mentioned that you will have to work with IDFC atlist one year if not then you will have to return joining bonus..i would request you to all before joining IDFC ensure that at list u have to work 1year and before accepting offer request to all enquire about Job profile and system because IDFC have manual system which take lot of time and it may affect on your work life balance.

Great bank considering the work culture, pay is not that great but a lot of new technology enabled processes make a work a pleasant task.

Improvement required in infrastructure outside Mumbai. A lot of cost cutting done over infrastructure.
