I only thing good about this bank is the salary and perk given to its employee.. Basically they buy the employee. And make them work like a slave.

No work life balance. Promotion criteria is very bad in salary vertical. Tremendous pressure on third party products like Life insurance. What makes it even difficult is that life insurance ticket size must be 50k plus cheque value. Personal loan pressure is huge.rejection is even larger Company culture was good before but due to few wrong hiring in upper management everything is a mess now.have no idea why the upper management are even hired. The put all of their targets on the bank officers working here.

Work culture is like a political party only doing office politics not working at all. If you r in good book of management you don't have to do any work , you will get increments promotion. Other wise you don't have any future in here.

...y for it but not for the consecutive 6 months which will be the asking criteria. They will give you great and handsome salary but not grade as well as you have to do everything like a RM. But you didn't get that much salary or facility what company is giving to the RM channel. But you have to do everything what a RM do
