I don’t like anything about this company expect the fast that you will get your salary on time thats it.

They are asking employee to work 7 days a week and still proud of growth saying that competition is really high you need to work all 7 days. No work life balance You will just be left with money no time to spend it. Abusive seniors mental harassment if you refuse to work on sunday’s

Job security is there. Salary credits on time. Leaves are not sufficient but your manager will let you take unplanned leaves as well in case of emergency.

Dislikes

The culture is so terrible at IDFC. They will make you work like anything which is not equivalent to the pay that they provide. Senior level people are at ease as they transfer their complete workload on the subordinates. Person who can't keep up with the corporate politics, won't be able to survive at IDFC First Bank.

Good work environment and culture. Teammate are supportive and the management. Company policy are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hikee and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.

Only the welcome at the time of joining. You don't need to wait or woiry for any thing. Everything is presetup.

Very much centralised. Compensation is very less. Work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individual unique strength.

Nothing as such. Loans were provided to employees at minimum interest rates

...because of staff loans, management should work on curtailment of such behaviour. HR is unaware of basic policies, when on boarding they say that bonus would be around 40-50% but at appraisal time everything goes below water. During onboarding clearly mentioned that as per banks policy holidays on weekends, but after joining it's revealed that working is essential on weekends in month ends Such pathetic policies they have.
