...e a fancy job discription and in relaity, the job we do is completely different. They harras employees and even after resigning, they harrass for due payment.

IDFC first bank working culture is amazing. But little bit changes need like carrier growth and salary perks. Eg.am working with idfc for past 8 years, but have not getting salary increasment and designation role too. I don't know how to work for getting this.? Even Month by Month achieved 140 above % and met all the parameters as per Bank expectations.

...y carrier past 8years my supervisor only getting all the benefits from bank end. Like salary increase and designation change also . I started my carrier at IDFC as a sale's manager after 8 years completed as a sale's manager only. I don't know how to getting the next position in IDFC? Even I achieve all the parameters in terms of business and collection's, digital initiates.for above 140%.

...t at all employee friendly, appraisals are not at all fair and extremely biased. Hike bonus structure is not properly designed. Overall pathetic work culture.

Dislikes

There is a lots of politics in term of promotion and hike. No growth at all, they want staffs to work for atleast 12 hrs a day. No work life balance and staffs have been asked to work on holidays too. Not a place to grow.

Likes

Good work culture more like international banks, salary and employe benefits are best in the industry. Job security is the best part of the bank. They treated every employees as their family even in lockdown period!

Dislikes

Middle level management is the problem they put unnecessary pressure. Otherwise it's good work place to learn and work!

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

Company policies are good, appraisal are not fair and they give not a good salary hike and bonus every year. Career growth is slow.
