Hell , pathetic environment. Worst ever experience. Managers target employees and make their life hell. For every responsibility they warn you on job security. Only *ss lickers can survive ar this company. A constant feeling of stress and pressure. No appreciation , no leaves allowed. Its hell. Even some employees are devil. To protect their job they demean their own team members.

Salary is good,good incentives and bonus.

Dislikes

No work life balance is there,no skill development,people play politics only. Favouritism is there.for new joiners also they don't give time to learn .HR is worst, Senior level people is also worst ,no manners no professional etiquettes. Personal life is not there,just they force you to sit in office till 8:30 to 9 pm,for girls also. 14 to 15 hours you have to work.

Good Work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is good. They give good salary hike and bouns. Due to covid-19 it become some what difference in culture and environment compare to previous months with huge work pressure but in that situation also I work hard and doing gud performance in the work.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics in the environment and lot of work pressure. Salary is decent but I want do I my profile job like HR field want to go new environment with new culture with a job change

Nothing as such. Loans were provided to employees at minimum interest rates

...because of staff loans, management should work on curtailment of such behaviour. HR is unaware of basic policies, when on boarding they say that bonus would be around 40-50% but at appraisal time everything goes below water. During onboarding clearly mentioned that as per banks policy holidays on weekends, but after joining it's revealed that working is essential on weekends in month ends Such pathetic policies they have.
