Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Dislikes

The work culture is worst there. Vintage staff in department are not ready to accept the new employees. Partiallity is there. You will not know when they will change your role from team leader to individual role without any concrete reason. They pressurised work on sunday even... if you dont have any other option thrn its ok to work with it but if you have option then i must say go for the second option.

Nothing long working hours work equally on whatsApp group also, no human touch with senior, robotic culture, company made employee work like factory, complusion to work from home in holiday, bank 2 nd and 4 th week.Normal increment on promotion, politics, MT culture company, promotion not on time. Company doing good but not passing benefit to employee.

Nothing as such. Loans were provided to employees at minimum interest rates

...because of staff loans, management should work on curtailment of such behaviour. HR is unaware of basic policies, when on boarding they say that bonus would be around 40-50% but at appraisal time everything goes below water. During onboarding clearly mentioned that as per banks policy holidays on weekends, but after joining it's revealed that working is essential on weekends in month ends Such pathetic policies they have.
