However, a lack of proper processes, Job security concerns, and poor work-life balance make it less ideal for long-term growth.

Likes

The only good thing about company is that it's a good place to start your career. There is no one to guide or support so you get chance to explore things.

Dislikes

The management is worse. There is no job security and you have to visit office 5 days a week sometimes 6 days. You can move out of office without completing 9-10 hours. The people at higher position will micro manage you and peek inside your computer every now and then. There is no planning or documentation done for any project the director dictates the requirements and change it after 2 days. Don't make mistake by joining here you will regret after 6 months.

It's heavy Politics, Recommendations. I have a 2.0 years of experienced in that company. But suddenly, PIP mail received. Even I'm the person compare to other team mates best performer.

Nothing to like about one of the pathetic company to work for specially in talent acquisition team

Lot of office politics Giving more importance to Tamil people No growth No job security No clients and no requirements They gossip about ones personal life Micromanagement Attrition very high people leave the company within 6 months of joining

Any company dislikes depends on it’s managers behaviour & attitude towards its teams.. To much politics/religious comments based on believes are the major factors for disliking any companies.. Nothing particular towards Idexcel or its management..
