Good company to learn and grow.

Dislikes

Terrible experience in terms of growth and salary. 10 hr working. No incentive. Salary increment by Rs. 500 to Rs. 1000 yearly. No career growth. They will never make a temporary employee permanent.

Likes

For learning it is one of the best place as there are updated softwares, Machines, training etc.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics at the workplace. No appreciation for good work, instead seniors take credit of juniors due to which juniors get bad impression which affect their appraisal. Salary increment is very poor.

It's an Autonomous Government Organization under Ministry of MSME hence one can get good number of leaves.

Dislikes

Employee Workload Evaluation is not done and Salary Increment is not upto the industry standards.
