For learning it is one of the best place as there are updated softwares, Machines, training etc.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics at the workplace. No appreciation for good work, instead seniors take credit of juniors due to which juniors get bad impression which affect their appraisal. Salary increment is very poor.

Generally my work is to Design the Dies, Moulds, Product design as per customer needs. Apart from design I also have to teach Diploma and PG students. On basis of my work I also got to Coordinate project of training, which is very challenging.
