Worse culture with no project no job security.They are asking employees to resign as have no work in hand.HR is so rude that she don't answer the call and don't follow what is written on appointment letter.No notice as per letter.

The managers should protect their peers more in front of the client. They're letting people eat rude comments from the client and are not saying anything about it

1. I wanted to add points about the improvement in one of the projects, I found during my support / mentoring period that is Inefficiencies in communications channel I faced in one for the project level. which must need to improve. - If there is barrier or inefficiencies in communication channels, decisions-making processes, or team collaboration, employee may find it frustrating or hindering to their productivity and job satisfaction. 2. Need to improve employee communication and Enhancing professionalism in our employee base which will strengthen our company's reputation and drive excellence in all aspects of our work.

I continuously learning and growing professionally. I am also impressed by the supportive and inclusive work culture, which I believe for both personal and professional growth.

Dislikes

I enjoy the work and company culture in my present role. However, my particular role has become repetitive , i don't feel like i am receiving new challenge from the role.
