No clear org goals/KPIs No differentiated reward system. Seniors earn 3 or four times more with the same target No Training Program. Employees are abused if they act in a way that management thinks it is wrong. Bland unaccountability. Employees fear making the smallest mistakes, Constant demeaning and bullying from management, breaking down confidence. Pathetic HR team causing delays in their own work and making others do their work Backstabbing culture with account stealing High Turnover rate. Many join and quickly leave Management in denial
